Full Journal pdf2009-04-18 House Journal Page 1111 SB 75 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 17, 2009, calendar (page 1065), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 75(FIN) "An Act making and amending appropriations, including capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 75(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gara, Crawford, Kerttula, and Gardner: Page 83, line 19, following "2010": Insert ", not to exceed the amount required to balance general fund revenue and general fund appropriations made in calendar year 2009 for fiscal year 2010," Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Stoltze objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
